The next weekend I had a very crazy journey to Madrid. It took several types of transportation to finally get to the hotel where I was staying. Sunday for lunch I was taken to TGIFriday’s, it isn’t my favorite place but it is good to have American food every once and a while... I suppose. After that we went to a park by the palace in Madrid. You’ll see a picture of me with Donna (one of Meghan’s sisters best friends.).
---I (Meghan) will be finishing this post from Bearington since soon after the picture with Donna he decided to head off on his own journey for a while. I have a missing poster made for him since he hasn’t given me any information on when he will be back or where he went.
If anyone has seen this little guy I would love to know where he is and what he is up to. I also hope he will be coming back to Florence soon. Please any information would be helpful. As soon as I have information I will have him post so you can be updated. Maybe he is taking pictures while he is on his trip. Until next time.. Ciao!

I accompanied Meghan to Milano for her birthday. It was a pretty exciting weekend. I hung out on the Metro quite a bit, had a snack with Erin in front of the Duomo, peopled watched and watched a rugby game on a giant screen. Now for me giant is usually a chair for a grown up person but this was giant for a grown up person. We are talking really big. It was fun to see so many people get excited in a piazza over a game.
The following weekend I went to Bologna for Pasqua (Easter) as some would call it. I ate part of Meghan’s chocolate egg. Thanks Meghan for being gracious enough to share! I also got to go to a modern art museum--Mambo. I went with some mates from back home (England), they are living in Rome and were visiting for Easter as well. Honestly, I don’t care too much for modern art but sometimes I will find a piece or two that I like. As it turned out I didn’t even need to pay to go to the museum because on my way back to the hotel I found this piece of ‘modern art’! Isn’t it fascinating! In Italy you aren’t to take any photos in museums.. I’m not sure why.. but since this was outside I posed with it. It was an exciting weekend.
